You will receive tailored and focused marketing help from our lead consultant who is a marketing expert with over twenty-five years marketing experience and eleven years marketing consultancy experience. You can choose one particular marketing challenge that you are facing, something that needs a real Marketing Boost. Alternatively you can choose up to three subjects from the list of marketing topics given below, your marketing consultant will be happy to help with either. In this half day marketing consultancy session we can boost one or more areas of your marketing activity. We can look at one or two marketing subjects in depth examining the pros and cons and discussing the way forward. Or we can discuss up to three marketing subjects but covering in less detail. It is your half day of dedicated marketing consultancy time and the way you use it is really up to you.

What can I expect from a Marketing Boost half day marketing consultancy session? You will get half a day (four hours) of focused marketing attention from a marketing consultant with years of experience. You will only deal with our lead marketing consultant Ursuline and your work will not be delegated to anyone else.

The process is as follows:

• You will only speak to our lead consultant Ursuline.
• Either by phone or e.mail you will agree with Ursuline the marketing topics you want to include in your Marketing Boost.
• If you want a review of collateral or promotional material then you need to send in advance of your  first Marketing Boost discussions (session 1). We refer to session 1 as the exploratory or discovery session.
• You will agree a time to call in for Session 1 of your Marketing Boost. At this session Ursuline (our lead marketing consultant) will ask you a number of questions about the way you currently do things in marketing. She may also ask you to complete some simple checklists, multiple choice questions or feedback forms.
• You will schedule a time for Session 2 of your Marketing Boost session (normally office hours Monday to Friday) and you will be given a number to call. If you prefer a face to face meeting then Ursuline will arrange a venue (within 30 minutes drive of Hemel Hempstead) to meet with you.   
• Session 2 of the Marketing Consultancy Boost session will begin with a re-cap of what you have agreed you want to cover.
• Then its straight on to business.
• Between one and three marketing subjects will be covered at Session 2. Once again Ursuline will be your Marketing Consultant for your Marketing Boost Session.
• You will be given feedback on what you are doing well and what needs to improve. You will be advised on what to do and how to do it.
• The session will end with a recap of the key marketing actions.
• You will be given at least 10 key areas for marketing improvement, including any quick wins that you can take advantage of straight away.
• After the meeting your marketing consultant will ensure you are emailed a summary of the key action points plus any handouts, references or referrals that will assist you further.

The cost of a Marketing Boost half day marketing consultancy session is just £495 (+VAT) plus travel expenses if a face to face meeting is requested. You will be billed 50% of the fee to be paid in advance of the session and the balance to be paid after successful completion of the Marketing Boost session.
