Marketing Coach

This is 6 to 12 months of marketing coaching dedicated solely to your marketing needs. Our marketing coaching service is designed to help those of you who are new to marketing or are just setting up your business. You need to quickly acquaint yourself with the fundamentals of marketing, both the theory and the practical application. Our marketing coach will be there to coach you in whichever marketing disciplines you need help with.

Who is the Marketing Coach

You will be learning from a seasoned professional who has pretty much done all of the jobs in marketing. The Marketing Coach is our lead consultant Ursuline who is a marketing expert with over twenty-five years marketing experience. She is also a Certified NLP Trainer and Coach. Our Marketing Coach knows how difficult it can be to get marketing tasks off the ground. How frustrating it can be when you don't have any hands-on marketing experience. Every time you try to do something there seems to be a minefield of problems awaiting you. It's so easy to underestimate how long it will take to do something and then running into timing problems at the end. Our Marketing Coach will guide you through the pitfalls anticipating the problems you may run into. 

Marketing Coaching Programme Content

The Marketing Coaching Programme is totally flexible, you can choose your coaching period. Choose 6 or 12 monthly Marketing Coaching sessions, alternatively, choose 6 or 12 sessions and use them more frequently e.g two a month. 

You also have total flexibility over the subject areas you choose for your coaching.

Each month you will receive expert advice and coaching from your own personal Marketing Coach. You'll also have action points to guide you through to your next coaching session. If you choose the additional phone or email support with the programme then you will have access to your Marketing Coach whenever you need extra coaching, she is just a phone call away.

You will be billed 50% of the fee in advance of the Coaching Programme and the balance to be paid on successful completion of the Marketing Focus session.

Marketing Coaching Programme Format

• Each month you will have a one hour telephone coaching session with our Marketing Coach - Ursuline Edwards-Sutton .
• You will only ever speak to our Marketing Coach (Ursuline) who is our our lead consultant and founder of Modus Operandi. You will never be passed to any other Associates or other marketing coaches.
• Prior to each Marketing Coaching session you will agree with Ursuline the marketing topic that will be the focus of the coaching. 
• You will schedule a time for your Marketing Coaching session (normally office hours Monday to Friday, but this can be flexible) and you will be given a number to call.
• The Marketing Coaching session will begin with a re-cap of what you have agreed you want to cover.
• Then its one hour of uninterrupted Marketing Coaching. 
• The session will end with a summary of your key marketing actions.
• Your Marketing Coaching programme can include telephone or email support. Telephone calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday- office hours only).

N.B The Marketing Coaching programme is designed to help those with little or no marketing experience. If you already have marketing experience you should consider our Marketing Mentor Programme.
