This is 6 to 12 months of marketing mentoring dedicated solely to your marketing needs. Our marketing mentoring service is designed to help those of you who have some experience in marketing. Perhaps you have been promoted from a Marketing Executive to a Marketing Manager or moved industry sectors. Who will be my Marketing Mentor

You will be learning from a seasoned professional who has pretty much done all of the jobs in marketing. The Marketing Mentor is our lead consultant Ursuline who is a marketing expert with over twenty-five years marketing experience. She is also a Certified NLP Trainer and Coach. She has mentored for and continues to mentor members of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Ursuline is a Chartered Marketer, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM).

Ursuline devised this Marketing Mentoring because she has experienced the profound effect a mentor can have on someone. Throughout her own career she often wished for a dedicated Marketing Mentor. Someone who had worked in marketing and in different types of organisations. A marketing mentor who had experience and expertise that would enable them to offer constructive career advice and guidance on business and marketing challenges.

Marketing Mentoring Programme Content

The Marketing Mentoring Programme is totally flexible, you can choose your mentoring period. Choose 6 or 12 monthly Marketing Mentoring sessions, alternatively, choose 6 or 12 sessions and use them more frequently e.g two a month. 

You also have total flexibility over the subject areas you choose for your mentoring. You can pick a subject in advance or choose what you want to discuss when you talk. That's the beauty of Marketing Mentoring it literally follows the ebbs and flows of your job, career and life.

Each month you will have the listening ear and undivided attention of your Marketing Mentor, who will listen, question and challenge. She will offer you choices, advice and sometimes direction. Most of all she will give support and motivate you to move on to your next challenge.

At each session you will receive expert marketing advice and mentoring from your own personal Marketing Mentor. You'll also have some areas to work on before your next mentoring session. If you choose the additional phone or email support with the programme then you will have access to your Marketing Mentor whenever you need extra mentoring, she is just a phone call away.

You will be billed 50% of the fee in advance of the Mentoring Programme and the balance to be paid on successful completion of the Marketing Focus session.

Marketing Mentoring Programme Format

• Each month you will have a one hour telephone mentoring session with our Marketing Mentor - Ursuline Edwards-Sutton .
• You will only ever speak to our Marketing Mentor (Ursuline) who is our our lead consultant and founder of Modus Operandi. You will never be passed to any other Associates or other Mentors.
• Prior to each Marketing Mentoring session you will agree the marketing topic if you have one or you can just pick a subject or topic on the day.
• You will schedule a time for your Marketing Mentoring session (normally office hours Monday to Friday, but this can be flexible) and you will be given a number to call.
• The Marketing Mentoring session will start with a discussion to agree what you want to cover and check understanding from both sided.
• It is then one hour of uninterrupted Marketing Mentoring. 
• The session will end with a summary of your key marketing actions.
• Your Marketing Mentoring programme can include telephone or email support. Telephone calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday- office hours only).
