Modus Operandi is a business and people development consultancy specialising in marketing, sales and the customer experience. Modus Operandi Marketing is different because unlike other consultants I won’t hand you a lengthy (and often expensive) report telling you what is wrong, and leave you, with the problem. I provide practical solutions and assist you in implementing them. I will work with you, and alongside your employees so that they own, and deliver the solution,s and the change process.
As external adviser I am not constrained by internal structures or politics, and can look at the business holistically.
Solutions driven Modus Operandi Marketing is different
I believe that there is a solution to every problem and ‘The Solution’ is often already in the business, I just have to find it. I will work vertically and horizontally across the business the breadth and depth of the problem. Then assist you in implementing the solution and enabling change. I do this by developing the knowledge, skills and capabilities of your teams so that when we leave you are self sufficient.
I can coach, mentor or train your teams to improve their skills and capabilities. By working with your teams and involving them in the changes, they are much more likely to embrace the new processes and procedures. They will benefit from their newly learned skills and can share in the success, and growth of the business.
Modus Operandi Marketing is different, putting people first
People are at the heart of every business. Cultures are a reflection of the people within an organisation. Work is not only a means of earning a living, for many it provides social interaction and a sense of worth. To truly get the best from people you need to understand what motivates and drives them. How can you make your plans for development and change appeal to everyone? As a certified NLP trainer and Master Practitioner I can help you with that.
Many processes become entrenched in the day to day operations of a business but the reason or purpose behind the activity remains a mystery. Modus Operandi Marketing is different because I believe in working smarter not harder. I will ask some very simple questions:
- Why is someone doing something?
- Who are they doing it for?
- Is there a better or simpler way to do it?
- What else could they be doing if they weren’t doing this?
I am not a systems expert, however I can speak the language of IT and have worked on several projects which rehired careful ITintegration. Systems are an integral part of many marketing, sales and customer service environments. However they should be enabling and not disabling. Often simple changes, or knowing how to use the capabilities that the system provides can enrich the productivity of your employees.
Now you know why Modus Operandi Marketing is different!
